We continually strive to foster and develop a positive and inclusive research culture and work environment. This is overseen by our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which has diverse membership from Principal Investigators, Researchers and Professional Services. Meeting regularly throughout the year, the Committee continually reviews the ways in which we work to identify and address potential scope for improvement.
